Heavily debris-laden water calls for rugged pumps. Multiquip submersible trash pumps can easily handle solids up to 1 inch in diameter. All pumps employ single phase electrical power, compact design, high performance impeller design, and trusted performance operations.

This rugged compact submersible trash pump is ideal for moving debris laden water (MAX solid size 1”). A heavy duty cast iron housing and abrasion resistant impeller withstands tough dewatering applications. The ST2040T features dual shaft seals, powerful 115V motor, internal thermal protection, 25’ power cable with strain relief, convenient carry handle, and UL/CUL listings. Pumps fluids up to 140° F. Model ST2040TF comes with attached industrial float switch.

The Industrial grade cast iron housing and abrasion resistant Cast Iron Impeller with Neoprene Rubber overlay tackles tough dewatering applications and heavy usage operations. Further, the ST2040T incorporates a carrying handle, internal thermal overload protection, dual shaft seals, sealed ball bearings impeller, easy impeller clean-out, and molded 25’ Power Cable with strain relief. Model ST2040TF is avaiable that provides a tethered industrial mechanical float switch assembly.

• Float Switch ~ SW1A: Mechanically activated, wide-angle design single ON/OFF float switch that is not sensitive to rotation or turbulence.  A 120V “piggy-back” plug provides convenient operational set-up. For all Multiquip submersible single phase, 115V Pumps, and other comparable pump models.

This box is selected if the operations call for a manual ON/OFF/AUTO Switch. Housing manufactured from polyester reinforced fiberglass, water resistant, UL/CSA Certified. Use with any 115V or 120V model submersible pump. For all Multiquip submersible single phase, 115V Pumps, and other comparable pump models.
• Double Float Switch ~ SW2A: Consists of two mechanically activated wide-angle ON/OFF float switches and a splice tube. The slice tube contains a Holding Relay which enables the floats to function in series. It is well suited for confined applications requiring an accurate pumping range. A Holding Relay eliminates pump chatter in turbulent water conditions. (Deactivation point @ 4” below mounting – Activation point @ 4” above mounting).
