Obstacle detection: All-around monitoring system for your operator. KomVision uses six cameras and four radar panels to provide an audible and visual alert when an obstacle is detected in the working area.
Simple, predictable operation: Advanced Joystick Steering System (AJSS) and Electronic Pilot Controls (EPC) levers provide comfortable, simple operation throughout long shifts of loading. The new cab also features an air suspension, heated and ventilated operator seat and trainer seat.
Helps operators perform efficiently: Features automate phases when v-cycle loading haul trucks. When used together, haul trucks can be loaded by controlling the travel path and pressing one button to initiate dumping. Newer operators can produce sooner, and veteran personnel maintain their efficiency.
Variable traction control system: The maximum rim-pull can be adjusted from 100% to 20%, depending on ground conditions. This features also controls tire slippage and is designed to limit your operation costs.
Throttle lock with auto-deceleration: Engine RPM can be set to a constant speed in the cab for fast work equipment speeds and quick cycle times. Auto-Deceleration automatically reduces engine RPM to 680 if no operator command is sensed after 10 seconds for additional fuel savings.
Fast work speeds with a smooth approach: A smooth approach for your operators when loading haul trucks, as well as simple control of tire slippage and shock reduction when shifting from forward to reverse. Modulation clutch adjusts the tractive effort using the left brake pedal from 100% to 20% of the torque converter output.
Better travel performance: Manage operator fatigue and material spillage. The electronically controlled suspension system (ECSS) accumulators absorb the shock from the boom when in load-and-carry applications or tramming around the site, limiting operator fatigue and material spillage.
Improved visibility: With 22 LED work lamps, your operators will have excellent visibility and bright lighting to help them perform at their best in tough working conditions.
Ground-level service center: Fill and drains for the transmission oil, hydraulic oil, engine oil, and coolant are accessible at the ground level service center, limiting the time scheduled for preventative maintenance services.
SmartLoader Logic: Efficient fuel consumption while sustaining production. SmartLoader Logic senses the power requirement of each work phase and automatically changes between Economy and Power Mode based on the application demand.
Integrated Load Meter: Informed operational decisions Information at your fingertips. The integrated payload meter system displays payload data directly on the monitor panel. This data is also accessible remotely via Komtrax Plus.
