• Rugged delimbing knife system: Three hydraulically controlled delimbing knives, a fourth moving vertical knife, and a fifth pre-delimbing knife deliver high performance. Cast iron knife construction ensures high durability.
• Highly efficient cutting system: 19 cm3 saw motor powers the rugged 29.5-in (750 mm) saw bar and chain. Automatic cut control, chain tensioning and chain oiling for efficient cutting all day long.
• Accurate length/diameter measuring systems: Patented length-measuring wheel cylinder design ensures constant pressure to closely follow stem irregularities and a find end photocell sensor provides excellent accuracy. Four-point diameter measuring system ensures superior diameter measurement.
