A self-contained, completely assembled above ground Air Curtain Burner (air curtain incinerator or FireBox) with a refractory lined burn container and steel floor and fittings for cable-hoist trucks in accordance with ANSI Specification Z245.60 for portable applications. Designed for the high temperature burning of forest slash, agricultural green waste, land clearing debris, storm debris, and other waste streams in compliance with the requirements of US EPA 40CFR60. The FireBox is also used for disaster recovery and Department of Homeland Security contingencies. OUR STANDARD VERSION IS THE CABLE HOIST VERSION. Roll-off versions simplify FireBox transportability. For this reason, they enjoy a special place in the heavy equipment rental business to which smaller businesses would turn for cleanup jobs at constructions and land clearing sites, work that is only carried out for a limited time. At large home development sites, the Roll-off FireBox is delivered in addition to standard dumpsters or cans. The clean, burnable wood waste is eliminated onsite and the remaining trash is taken to landfills in the traditional way. However, the cost of waste management is reduced, as the number of runs to the landfill plus the high tipping fees have been minimized.

Even smaller firms in the site preparation, agriculture or forestry industries that do not own Roll-off trucks may opt for Roll-off FireBoxes over standard units, because it is not difficult to hire a Roll-off truck locally to have it moved from one worksite to another. The Roll-off trucks require no modifications.  Both ANSI compatible cable hoist and hook lifts are available.
